Purpose of data processing
Data processing is carried out on the basis of statutory requirements in order to fulfil the treatment contract between you and your doctor and the associated obligations.
For this purpose we process your personal data, in particular your health data. This includes medical histories, diagnoses, treatment proposals and findings collected by us or by other doctors. For these purposes, other doctors or psychotherapists treating you may also provide us with data (e.g. in medical reports).
The collection of health data is a prerequisite for your treatment. If the necessary information is not provided, careful treatment cannot take place.
Recipients of your data
We only transmit your personal data to third parties if this is permitted by law or if you have given your consent.
Recipients of your personal data may primarily be other doctors / psychotherapists, associations of statutory health insurance physicians, health insurers, the Medical Service of the health insurance funds, medical chambers and private medical billing centres.
The transmission is mainly for the purpose of billing the services provided to you and clarifying medical questions and questions arising from your insurance relationship. In individual cases, data is transmitted to other authorised recipients.
Storage of your data
We only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to carry out the treatment.
Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to retain this data for at least 10 years after completion of the treatment. Other regulations may result in longer retention periods, for example 30 years for X-ray records pursuant to Section 28(3) of the X-ray Ordinance (Röntgenverordnung).

Google Maps
This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
In order to use the functions of Google Maps, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.
Google Maps is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offerings and easy findability of the places we indicate on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
More information on the handling of user data can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The processing of the data entered into the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. An informal notification by email to us is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.
